Our Agency welcomes your application and any questions you may have. The following information and checklist will assist you to complete the following tenancy application so it can be processed as quickly as possible.
Please read prior to completing the application:
1. One application is to be completed for each person occupying the apartment.
2. This application must be accompanied by copies of documents from those listed below. Please note this must include a current Driver’s Licence or Passport.
3. This application cannot be processed until it is completed with copies of supporting documents attached.
4. The initial deposit equal to one weeks rent is to be paid once the application has been approved.
Application Checklist – Please supply below items within each group.
- Driver’s Licence / Passport
- Letter of employment. Pay slip – 3 most recent copies.
If self-employed supporting documents to verify income & accountants details - Bank Statement’s – last 3 months
- Personal References / Employment References
- Rental references from previous estate agency’s you have leased through
- Tenant ledger from previous Estate Agency’s you have leased through
